  • In a large pan, combine the air-fried tofu, roasted corn, broccoli florets, and diced bell peppers and red onions.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat and pour your ready-made Taco Al Pastor sauce generously over it. Stir well, ensuring that the sauce coats every ingredient. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes to enhance the flavors.
