To make it, we take a whole block of paneer and coat it in a warm shawarma spice marinade. Next, we sear it on high heat until it gets deeply charred on the outside. Meanwhile, the inside stays perfectly tender. Then, we wrap it inside warm flatbread with a punchy chipotle sauce, pickled onions, and a cool garlic dip. Consequently, every bite hits that perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and tangy flavor. Whether you need a 10-minute dinner or a meal prep option, this wrap delivers big flavor with minimal effort!
