Besan Cheela Quesadilla

Besan Cheela: 1 cup Besan chickpea flour 1/2 cup Chopped onion 1/2 tsp Black salt 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder Avocado Salsa: 1 Avocado diced 2 tbsp Green onions finely chopped 1 Green chili finely chopped 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes halved 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tbsp Lemon juice Other Ingredients: 4 Tortillas 1 cup Shredded cheese Oil for roasting
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of cheela and combine well.
In an another bowl mash the avocado and combine with other ingredients and set aside.
Pour a ladle of cheela batter on hot tawa and spread out in round, add little oil to roast.
Place a tortilla on top and flip it. Spread avocado salsa mix on one half.
Add some shredded cheese, fold into half and roast well on both sides.
Cut it into wedges and serve with hot sauce.
