Kodubale is a famous snack made in karnataka in almost all households. Usually kodubale is deep fried but today I am posting a recipe of kodubale, which you will be able to bake or air-fry easily.

Ingredients
1/4cupSemolina(sooji rava)
1/4cupAll purpose flour(maida)
1/2cupWheat flour
2tbspDesiccated coconut
1/2tbspSalt
1½tbspChilli powder
1tbspCumin seeds
2tbspHot oil
½cupWater
1pinchAsafetida(hing)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingrediesnts except water and combine well.
Add water slowly and form a dough.
Roll out in pipe shape and form circles by sealing the edges.
Bake for 30 mins in a preheated oven @ 350F/180C. Flip at half time and bake again.
Notes
1. While flipping kodubale at half time, if it appears too dry then brush oil slightly and bake again.; 2. Wheat flour can be replaced by rice flour as well to make it gluten free.;
