Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple chunks
  • 1 small Red Onion cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 Bell Pepper Red or Green, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 3 –4 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Fadwa's Tandoori Masala
  • ½ tsp Aamchur Powder Dried Mango Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (any cooking oil)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Fadwa's Tandoori Masala, aamchur powder, chili powder, salt, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  • Add paneer, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper. Toss gently until everything is well coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Thread the paneer, pineapple, and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the paneer is golden and charred at the edges.
  • Serve hot with cilantro-mint chutney or a squeeze of fresh lemon!

Notes

💡 Pro-Tip for Extra Char: For that real tandoor-style finish, give the skewers a light spritz of oil 2 minutes before the timer finishes to get extra crispiness on the paneer edges.
