Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced okra with cumin coriander powder, chili powder, chat masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the okra evenly with the spices.
In a separate bowl, mix rice flour and chickpea flour (besan) together.
Sprinkle the flour mixture over the spiced okra and toss until the okra is well-coated with the flour.
Drizzle the oil over the coated okra and toss again to ensure even distribution of the oil.
Place the coated okra slices in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer for even cooking.
Air fry for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure all sides are crispy and golden brown.
Once done, remove the Kurkuri Bhindi from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional chat masala if desired.
